How long does the grooming process take?
Grooming your dog can take between 1 to 2 hours depending on the size and condition of your pet.
What kind of shampoos do you use?
We use only the best shampoos for your pet. We have two different types of shampoos to choose from, including an all-natural oatmeal and baking soda shampoo and a hypoallergenic shampoo, for pets that have sensitive skin.
Do you use any restraints or cages?
We do not use any restraints or cages during the grooming process. We believe that your pet should be groomed in the comfort of their home and free of restraints and cages.
Are you insured?
We are insured and bonded.
Are you certified?
All of our groomers are certified and were trained by the best grooming schools around the country. We have graduates of the Nash Academy (based in Lexington, Kentucky), and the New York School of Grooming. All of our groomers are also certified by the American Red Cross in Pet First Aid.
